This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and enhance relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Keep an accurate and current CRM database using Salesforce.com.
• Represent the organization at industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings.
• Manage the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Supervise product complaints effectively.
• Collect and analyze market insights.
• Assist in implementing product portfolio strategies.
• Organize product training sessions tailored for specific target audiences.
• Adhere to the corporate philosophy of Waters.
• Bachelor’s degree in laboratory medicine, biology, or biotechnology.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a sales-oriented position within the diagnostic sector.
• Solid understanding of molecular biology and cytology laboratory processes and techniques.
• Experience working collaboratively with physicians, particularly gynecologists and oncologists.
• Familiarity with emerging market trends in cervical cancer screening.
• Proficiency in the local language and a strong command of English.
