Application Analyst – Healthy Planet Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and enhance internal IT applications according to specifications and business requirements.

• Execute high-level IT application implementation, optimization, and support tasks.

• Manage small to medium-sized complex projects and potentially take a leadership role in larger projects.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

• Investigate and resolve issues while delivering outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with ten (10) years of relevant experience OR an Associate degree in information technology, finance, clinical field, or a related discipline with eight (8) years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, finance, clinical field, or a related area with six (6) years of relevant experience.

• Strong customer service orientation accompanied by effective communication skills.

• Capability to adapt to shifting priorities, initiatives, and tasks.

• Ability to collaborate within a team and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
