This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in the support and maintenance of designated services and systems.
• Collaborate with the team to oversee, evaluate, and strategize upgrades.
• Supervise the production issue queue and address issues while upholding Customer Service Level Agreements.
• Carry out assigned project responsibilities.
• Comply with and improve quality assurance standards, systems development, and delivery methodologies.
• Merge end-user requests with software capabilities.
• Evaluate and offer suggestions regarding application architecture and system performance.
• Ensure reliability for both current and future system applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and aid in solutions across the designated NMHC distributed system Information Services landscape.
• Engage in the on-call rotation.
• Keep application and technical documentation as well as architecture diagrams up to date.
• Epic Cadence certification is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in the core field.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation is necessary.
• Background check authorization and disclosure are mandatory upon offer acceptance.
