This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the technical performance scorecard for our portal and mobile platforms, monitoring system availability, session completion rates, and interface targets in relation to SLAs.
• Assess the health of system architecture, collaborating closely with Engineering to identify defects and drive their resolution, while effectively communicating root causes to stakeholders when issues occur.
• Supervise technical governance cycles, ensuring that routine maintenance, security patching, and compliance schedules are executed smoothly and punctually.
• Organize platform upgrades, infrastructure patches, and configuration changes to guarantee that rollouts occur with minimal disruption to users.
• Simultaneously manage multiple technical projects, defining their scope, tracking milestones, and coordinating engineering resources from initiation through to completion.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for client teams, converting platform roadmaps, incident updates, and technical challenges into clear and understandable status reports.
• Take charge of triaging and expediting high-priority escalations to swift resolution while ensuring integration health across client environments.
• Continuously enhance operations by analyzing trend data and system telemetry to pinpoint optimization opportunities such as alert reduction and automated workflows, and maintain an evolving library of runbooks, SOPs, and system documentation that scales with the business.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in technical operations, client success, or implementation management within a healthcare IT or enterprise SaaS setting.
• Proven ability to manage intricate, multi-site client relationships with measurable SLA accountability.
• Skilled in using performance dashboards and scorecards; experienced in analyzing application performance data (response times, uptime, latency, submission rates).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, comfortable working alongside Engineering, Product, and Support teams to facilitate resolution and enhancement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating technical findings into executive-level summaries.
• Experience in managing integration change lifecycles and coordinating software upgrades in production environments.
