Appliance Parts Order Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Determine the necessary components needed for appliance repairs.

• Investigate and identify precise part numbers based on appliance specifications and repair data.

• Source parts through suitable vendors and suppliers.

• Manage and execute daily parts orders utilizing purchase order (PO) numbers.

• Confirm part numbers, availability, pricing, and order specifics prior to making purchases.

• Monitor orders and uphold accurate parts and purchasing documentation.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams effectively.

• Keep systematic records in relevant systems and databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior professional experience with parts management.

• In-depth understanding of parts identification, sourcing, and ordering methodologies.

• Proven experience in researching and procuring part numbers.

• Background in creating and overseeing purchase orders (POs).

• Proficient in working with vendors, supplier websites, and parts ordering platforms.

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in ordering.

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written).

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Experience with a U.S.-based appliance repair or home services company is highly desirable.
