Appian Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Demonstrates the capability to comprehend a broad spectrum of user needs and design as well as develop fundamental solutions in Appian to address these needs.

• Exhibits proficiency in executing intricate development tasks efficiently and thoroughly.

• Shows improvement in quality, speed, and overall productivity in their Appian development tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in software development, with prior exposure to Appian preferred.

• Understands internal project methodologies (primarily agile events) to produce functional code.

• Displays the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a small team environment.

• Capable of presenting to product owners and other stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.

• Certification: Appian level 1 certification (preferred, or expected to take the exam within the first month), Agile Certification, SQL – basic DDL and DML – ability to create, update, delete query operations; proficiency in selecting (aka searching) = CRUD.

• Able to map modifications from the database to Appian CDT via XSD.

• The Consultant will show the capability to follow instructions from a supervisor or client staff and complete tasks diligently.

• Familiar with and adheres to the project team's processes and protocols.

• Methodology – HIL Development and Processes – SDLC, including the deployment cycle; understands the reasons behind these practices, how to execute them, and how to adapt or modify them.
