This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in architecture design, integration, scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to ensure technical success.

• Collaborate with client enterprise architecture teams to craft and implement solutions tailored to their specific needs and ecosystems.

• Guide implementation teams through intricate technical solutions utilizing Appian and associated technologies.

• Ensure that solutions are constructed for optimal scale and performance.

• Integrate multi-tier architecture through various integrations and system configurations.

• Assess emerging or existing technologies for their value and suitability in client or back-office implementations.

• Develop and document best practices for implementation, along with knowledge base articles for internal empowerment.

• Provide strategic insights on process improvement.

• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.

• Mentor, train, and enable resources effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience with Appian solutions.

• More than 6 years of relevant IT experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

• Active Appian Lead Certification.

• Extensive experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Strong technical implementation capabilities.

• Proficient in database design and development.

• Experience in evaluating and addressing issues identified during system security testing.

• Familiarity with Appian Cloud configuration and support processes.

• Experience in implementing Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid platform deployments.

• Knowledge of network infrastructure concepts and troubleshooting techniques.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing; strong active listening skills to extract key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresight.

• Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively (team-building skills that include courtesy, professionalism, and a “do whatever it takes” attitude).

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Must be open to traveling 0-15% for client meetings in the Washington, DC area and Dallas, TX.
