Appeal Staff Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate draft immigration applications based on guidance provided by Senior Attorneys

• Track, identify, and implement necessary revisions prior to submission

• Effectively communicate edits to fellow team members

• Achieve daily objectives for case reviews

• Conduct legal research on immigration law subjects

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

• Current member in good standing of a state bar

• Ability to adhere to detailed instructions

• Preferred experience with case management software systems

• Interest in immigration law is a plus

• Proficient computer skills (Typing - MS Word and MS Excel, Document Management - DropBox, Email - MS Outlook)
