Apparel Graphic Designer / Design Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design unique graphics specifically for apparel (not for marketing materials)

• Create artwork that is appropriate for cut-and-sew garment production

• Interpret brand identity into fashionable designs

• Generate mockups and visual representations of clothing

• Assist in design iteration processes from the initial concept to the finished product

• Prepare files that are ready for production as required

• Perform research on trends and sources of inspiration

• Participate in concept development and design strategy

• Aid in evolving and sustaining a unified brand aesthetic

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on vision and execution

• Accept feedback and rapidly iterate while preserving design quality

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in apparel graphic design or related fashion roles

• Strong graphic design capabilities with an emphasis on apparel (Adobe Illustrator – mandatory)

• Talent for creating original artwork from scratch (not merely editing existing assets)

• Experience with cut-and-sew design methods *(essential)*

• Comprehensive understanding of mockups, garment development, and iterative workflows

• Experience in contributing to concept development and creative exploration

• Established background in apparel or fashion design with a focus on graphics

• Strong grasp of branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling

• Capacity to work independently and take charge of design outcomes

• Solid knowledge of current fashion trends, particularly in streetwear/apparel.
