Apparel Graphic Designer, Design Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop unique graphics specifically for apparel (not for marketing materials)

• Create designs that are appropriate for cut-and-sew garments

• Transform brand identity into wearable art

• Produce mockups and visual representations of clothing items

• Assist in design iteration processes from initial concept to final product

• Prepare production-ready files as necessary

• Perform research on trends and sources of inspiration

• Participate in concept development and design strategy

• Aid in the evolution and maintenance of a consistent brand aesthetic

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on vision and execution

• Accept feedback and make quick iterations while upholding design quality

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in apparel graphic design or related fashion roles

• Proficient graphic design skills with an emphasis on apparel (Adobe Illustrator – required)

• Capability to create original artwork from scratch (not merely editing existing assets)

• Experience with cut-and-sew design processes *(mandatory)*

• Strong comprehension of mockups, garment development, and iteration workflows

• Experience in contributing to concept development and creative research

• Established background in apparel or fashion design (graphics-centric)

• Strong understanding of branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling

• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for design outcomes

• Solid grasp of contemporary fashion trends, particularly in streetwear/apparel
