This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Design unique and innovative artwork for high-volume childrenswear collections, primarily focusing on placement graphics and allover textile designs.
• Create additional graphics, including yarn dyes, trims, labels, and hangtags as required.
• Generate precise, production-ready artwork and pitch sheets for factory tech packs.
• Collaborate closely with Apparel Design to research, source, and interpret print and graphic inspiration.
• Work cross-functionally with Design and Sales teams to integrate feedback and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Utilize a creative yet budget-conscious approach to graphic execution, balancing techniques to achieve strategic price-point targets.
• Stay updated on international trends in color, print, and graphic design relevant to childrenswear.
• Maintain a well-organized digital artwork library across various brands, seasons, and customers.
• Manage multiple seasons and priorities at once while adhering to critical deadlines.
• Over 5 years of experience utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite in a high-volume, detail-oriented studio or fashion company.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, specifically in digital surface design.
• Strong focus on vector-based artwork while achieving softness and depth.
• Keen eye for color, print, and trends, with an understanding of the childrenswear market.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Hand-drawing and illustration skills are highly preferred.
• Experience with boys and/or big kids apparel is a plus.
