This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Leverage trend services and engage in industry trade shows and outdoor activities to remain updated and uphold the brand aesthetic.
• Investigate emerging trends to guide early-season color and concept development.
• Assist in seasonal color research and development through market analysis and brand insights.
• Oversee color and design documentation, ensuring merchandising and PLM partners are updated on essential information.
• Collaborate with fabric, product development, production teams, and overseas vendors on seasonal color initiatives and sampling.
• Collect visual references (photos, reports, samples) to support the creative direction.
• Manage workload and deliverables in alignment with seasonal timelines and critical go-to-market (GTM) dates.
• Discover new findings, trims, and accessories to enhance product functionality and retail presentation.
• Assist in the seasonal print layout direction for effective merchandising and storytelling.
• Oversee print assets and artwork preparation.
• Collaborate with the Materials Manager to synchronize prints and yarn dyes with the seasonal color strategy.
• Support the Senior Color Designer and Design management in generating seasonal logo/graphics inspiration and follow-up with artwork contractors.
• Design accessories/logowear throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on stakeholder needs and significance.
• Advance the design vision with proactive contributions, remaining aligned with the brand’s mission and values.
• Familiarity with AI and 3D Design tools is an advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in creative design.
• Portfolio is recommended.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional design experience.
• Experience in the complete product lifecycle.
• Implementation of merchandising strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
