App Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and upkeep of the product roadmap.

• Formulation of product requirements (user stories, specifications).

• Collaboration with UX/UI designers to ensure an optimal user experience.

• Act as the liaison between development, design, marketing, and management.

• Conducting analyses of the market and competitors.

• Identification of new features and enhancements driven by user feedback.

• Creation and prioritization of backlogs.

• Oversight of releases and feature rollouts.

• Streamlining internal processes and procedures (e.g., support, QA, deployment).

• Development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Working alongside customer support to analyze and resolve issues.

• Monitoring app performance and operational KPIs.

• Introduction and upkeep of process automation tools.

• Coordination with external service providers or partners.

• Analysis of user behavior (e.g., using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase).

• Creation and presentation of reports and dashboards.

• Measurement and enhancement of KPIs (e.g., retention, conversion, churn).

• A/B testing to validate product decisions.

• Close collaboration with management on strategy and objectives.

• Organization and management of sprint and planning meetings.

• Communication with stakeholders regarding status, risks, and milestones.

• Translation of business requirements into technical specifications.

• Monitoring and managing app stores (updates, descriptions, ratings).

• Planning and executing rollout strategies for new versions.

• Management of bugs, user reports, and hotfixes.

• Ensuring compatibility with new OS versions (iOS/Android).

• Engagement in the monetization strategy (e.g., subscriptions, in-app purchases).

• Analysis of growth opportunities and expansion into new markets.

• Development of user acquisition and retention strategies.

• Collaboration with marketing for campaigns and product launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar business setting (experience with apps is an advantage).

• A Bachelor's Degree in a business or management-related discipline is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German or Russian is a plus.
