This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Assume responsibility for the company's operations and produce results that are both reliable and measurable.
• Design and enhance processes to ensure the business operates seamlessly.
• Organize daily workflows to facilitate smooth operations and eliminate any friction.
• Lead projects in feature development and marketing with precision and significant impact.
• Effectively manage freelancers by setting clear expectations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality outcomes.
• Supervise Support operations to uphold consistent standards and ensure swift issue resolution.
• Conduct regular quality audits and initiate improvements as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to legal and data protection regulations—no loose ends allowed.
• Own and manage the product roadmap: define, execute, and monitor milestones.
• Translate business objectives into technical specifications while maintaining transparency with UX/UI, Development, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Analyze market data and competition to extract actionable insights.
• Drive backlog planning, prioritization, and timely feature rollouts.
• Streamline processes for deployment, quality assurance, support, and documentation using established SOPs.
• Monitor operational KPIs, identify risks, and make quick adjustments as needed.
• Utilize automation tools to ensure repeatable and reliable operations.
• Maintain dashboards and deliver concise, data-driven reports to stakeholders.
• Design and implement A/B tests to validate improvements.
• Coordinate release strategies, manage bug triage, and guarantee OS compatibility.
• Support monetization strategies while exploring opportunities for retention and acquisition.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or product management (experience in applications is an advantage).
• A bachelor's degree in business or management is preferred.
• Excellent command of English—German or Russian language skills are a plus.
• Methodical, precise, and results-oriented in your approach.
