This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide support to large enterprise clients with a highly demanding Service Level Agreement (SLA) that operates across various time zones and countries.
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in complex distributed systems, which include Citrix, VDI, Windows servers, Linux servers, Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication, and SQL Servers.
• Acquire knowledge of new eDiscovery technologies to ensure optimal support for our clients.
• Lead and collaborate with other teams to ensure successful completion of tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Relativity server experience of 5-7 years in overall support is required, with a minimum of the 2021 version.
• RelOne support experience of 3-5 years is required.
• Background in the eDiscovery industry.
• Strong understanding of general technologies, including Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Linux Server, Databases, Multi-Factor Authentication, Networking, Web technologies, and Cloud (Azure).
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, capable of creating necessary documentation for users.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Must be proactive and take initiative without needing explicit direction.
