This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Continuously assess commercial and technical metrics for our partners to drive ongoing enhancements;
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Bans, Search & Booking Timeouts, Mapping Assessment, and Error Rates;
• Perform in-depth analysis of metrics to pinpoint areas needing improvement;
• Develop insightful conclusions and actionable recommendations to boost performance and efficiency;
• Communicate identified issues to relevant internal teams (Product, API Support, Pricing, etc.) to ensure timely fixes;
• Maintain clear and efficient communication channels to enable swift issue resolution;
• Promote the creation of new features in the market;
• Scale new features for rapid implementation by clients, ensuring they gain maximum advantage from our solutions;
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to ensure client KPIs are achieved;
• Offer strategic recommendations to enhance the performance of top clients;
• Identify technical gaps in client integrations;
• Work with clients to resolve integration challenges and improve their API usage experience;
• Allocate approximately 40% of your working time to business travel, including client meetings, industry events, and other business-related engagements.
• Relevant Experience. At least 3 years of successful experience in the travel industry, managing the end-to-end process of API optimization.
• Experience overseeing RESTful and/or SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with travel technology integrations, including GDS, NDC, CRS, PMS, Channel Managers, and OTA connectivity.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, or Kibana.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Experience managing relationships with technical vendors and cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Language skills. Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is preferred, with additional languages being a plus;
• Travel Requirements. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time may be necessary;
• Analytical proficiency. Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics analysis, and numeracy;
