AP/AR Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the billing cycle at Rizon Technologies by producing precise and timely customer invoices in line with contractual rates.

• Collaborate with Operations and Sales to address billing discrepancies and purchase order challenges.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Rizon client billing inquiries.

• Oversee and track the A/R aging report while communicating with clients about overdue balances.

• Record cash receipts and assist with reconciliation processes.

• Handle the complete accounts payable cycle, which includes monitoring the AP inbox, entering invoices via DocuWare and Invoice Capture, coding invoices in Microsoft D365, tracking AP against client billing, and preparing payment submissions.

• Provide supportive billing and AP assistance for other RTI entities during busy periods or staffing changes.

• Ensure accurate and organized financial documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting best practices.

• Work alongside the Accounting team on audit support, process enhancements, and special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or a combined AP/AR position.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in financial transactions.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for addressing billing and payment discrepancies.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to deadlines.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analyzing financial data across various accounts and entities.

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, invoice coding, and reconciliation processes.

• Experience with transactional accounting cycles.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, DocuWare, Invoice Capture, or similar ERP/AP automation systems is highly preferred.

• Experience in posting cash receipts and managing AR aging reports.

• Ability to juggle multiple accounting tasks concurrently in a remote environment.

• Knowledge of financial documentation, accounting best practices, and audit support.

• Effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience supporting multiple entities is a plus.
