This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of strategic businesses based in the APAC region.
• Recruit, onboard, and oversee the first regional Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
• Regularly travel throughout the region to secure high-stakes deals.
• Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in the region, focusing on B2B SaaS, AI, and Mobile App development firms.
• Work in partnership with Product and Marketing teams to enhance local product functionalities.
• Significant experience in managing complex, high-value sales processes within the SaaS or Payments sectors.
• Proven history of meeting sales targets and mentoring or managing team members.
• In-depth understanding of the APAC software market, including strategies for selling across various sub-regions.
• Established capability to engage with technical decision-makers (CTOs) and financial leaders (CFOs).
• An entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in tackling intricate challenges.
