APAC Procurement Manager, Contingent Labor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive implementation of an MSP solution for contingent labor in India and other designated APAC countries.

• Oversee the sourcing process, negotiations, and contracts with vendors.

• Establish governance frameworks for vendor and worker classification (FTE versus contractor).

• Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors.

• Recognize and pursue opportunities to enhance program efficiency, supplier performance, and the overall worker experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-15 years of experience in procurement or vendor management.

• 3-5 years concentrated on contingent labor or workforce solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in managing an MSP program in India or throughout APAC.

• Strong comprehension of Indian labor laws, compliance frameworks, and supplier governance.

• Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.
