This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Cultivate and oversee strategic partnerships throughout the APAC region.
• Create collaborative value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and regional co-selling initiatives that cater to local market conditions.
• Position Deepgram as a primary Voice AI collaborator within significant ecosystems in the area.
• Collaborate closely with hyperscalers, ISVs, CCaaS/CX platforms, GSIs, telecommunications providers, and regional integrators.
• Generate and expedite partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines across APAC markets.
• Facilitate co-selling opportunities through customer engagements, presentations, workshops, and negotiations.
• Discover, develop, and finalize new partner-driven opportunities in ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India, and Greater China.
• Track pipeline development and uphold a robust forecasting discipline.
• Ensure regional execution aligns with global revenue and partnership objectives.
• Identify and onboard new strategic partners that align with Deepgram’s platform and regional growth strategies.
• Assist in launching new partner initiatives, regional programs, and go-to-market projects.
• Collaborate internally to create partner enablement materials, localized resources, and solution positioning.
• Engage in regional partner and customer interactions, both virtually and in person.
• Stay updated on APAC market trends, competitive landscapes, AI adoption, regulatory obligations, and sovereign AI initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic advocate for APAC market requirements within the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, partnerships, alliance management, or enterprise sales within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships and co-selling initiatives across APAC markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of APAC business dynamics and experience working across multiple regions, including ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India, and/or Greater China.
• Experience collaborating with cloud service providers, ISVs, GSIs, telecommunications companies, CCaaS/CX platforms, or regional system integrators.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Analytical mindset coupled with strong operational and forecasting skills.
• Self-motivated individual capable of succeeding in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities across global teams and time zones.
• Willingness to travel throughout APAC as necessary.
