This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conducts audits on invoices to ensure they align with service records, contractual agreements, and rates for correctness (requires interpreting contracts).
• Analyzes charges according to the coding system.
• Raises any potential financial risks to the relevant management team.
• Collaborates with Field/Regional Managers and Inside Operations Specialists to secure approvals and comprehend service records.
• Develops expertise in the specifics of properties, including the type and amount of equipment, contractual status, and ongoing issues.
• Investigates, follows up on, and resolves any disputes with vendors.
• Works closely with Accounts Payable to guarantee prompt and precise payments.
• Addresses inquiries from the department and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keeps documentation organized and current, supporting payment records, account reconciliations, and disputes.
• Monitors and collects recycling rebates.
• Conducts monthly property audits.
• Upholds accounting controls by formulating and proposing policies and procedures.
• Executes additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree along with 1-3 years of professional experience is preferred.
• A High School Diploma or GED with 2-5 years of professional experience will be strongly considered.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to accurately synthesize data sets.
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Proficient in effective communication at all levels within the organization and with external vendors.
• Self-motivated individual with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and reach objectives.
• Skilled in Microsoft applications such as Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, big data), Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a substantial volume of auditing while consistently meeting deadlines.
