This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy for youth and adult survivors of human sex trafficking and their non-offending caregivers, when applicable.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and tools, including but not limited to, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and/or Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT), as necessary.
• Create and execute individualized clinical treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain documentation and report to referral providers in alignment with treatment objectives.
• Conduct mental health screenings and biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Provide crisis intervention care to address the immediate needs of clients or survivors.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to present cases for appropriate treatment.
• Offer consultation to referral agencies as needed to ensure suitable interventions for CSE clients or survivors.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a master's degree with a focus in one of the Counseling areas.
• Experience working with clients who have faced complex trauma, including sexual abuse and/or sexual exploitation.
• Preferred qualifications include LCSW/LICSW/Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, LMHC, or LMFT/RIMHC licensure.
• 24/7 on-call schedule as assigned.
• Flexible hours and days tailored to the needs of the victims/survivors.
