Animator / Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop animations and motion graphics for various campaigns, social media platforms, institutional videos, and digital content.

• Analyze creative briefs and convert concepts into impactful visual solutions.

• Work from storyboards, style frames, or other visual references.

• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, editors, and other creative professionals.

• Modify and refine assets based on feedback from internal teams and clients.

• Maintain visual consistency and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

• Organize files and projects systematically to streamline revisions and deliveries.

• Conduct research on references and trends to continually enhance the quality of work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in animation utilizing After Effects.

• Proficiency in software tools: After Effects (advanced level), with intermediate skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Comprehension of design principles, typography, rhythm, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Capability to adhere to creative direction and operate within a specified style.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and consistently enhance technical skills.
