Animal Health Clinical Research Associate III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Coordinates and delivers training on GCP and study protocols at research sites, ensuring proper documentation of the training.

• Establishes strong relationships with study site personnel to ensure adherence to the protocol, relevant regulations and guidance documents, SOPs, and all study-related activities.

• Aids in the review of study records and notebooks to confirm that all information is up-to-date and complete.

• Assists in tracking and ensuring Quality Control (QC) of data as needed, and helps address responses to QA audits.

• Evaluates investigators and supports the selection of suitable sites for conducting clinical studies.

• Works alongside the study Project Manager to ensure that the selected study sites align with the requirements of the study protocol.

• Monitors designated study sites by reviewing electronic data capture (EDC) systems, along with fax, email, and paper documentation.

• Acts as a liaison between Argenta US Clinical and study site personnel.

• Facilitates clarifications, corrections, and data query resolutions with study sites or data management staff.

• Tracks adverse events (AEs) encountered during clinical studies, ensuring that all serious AEs and non-serious AEs are documented and communicated appropriately to the Project Manager and Sponsor.

• Learns to assist in facilitating clarifications, corrections, and data query resolutions with study sites or data management personnel.

• Cultivates relationships with key individuals and contributors within the organization and beyond.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of clinical trial monitoring experience within a Clinical Research Organization or a prominent Animal Health pharmaceutical company.

• Demonstrated experience in GCP late-phase clinical trials in the field of animal health.

• Strong attention to detail and a data-driven analytical mindset.

• Reliable, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing time.
