Anaplan Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create top-tier Anaplan solutions that cater to the specific requirements of clients.

• Establish and convey the technical vision to both internal model-building consultants and clients.

• Consider data sources, integration layers, foundational Anaplan model architecture, and user interface.

• Mentor and train others throughout the process.

• Operate as a Solutions Architect, overseeing the comprehensive design of an Anaplan Model.

• Manage a project using the Agile Implementation Methodology.

• Communicate effectively with client teams across different time zones.

• Function in a Hybrid model (Work From Home and Office).

• Educate clients and internal staff with no prior Anaplan experience on how to construct a model.

• Assist customers in improving their processes leveraging Anaplan expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field + MBA/PG/CA/CFA in Finance.

• 10-13 years of experience in consulting/implementation with on-premise systems such as SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion, etc.

• 6-8 years of practical Modeling Experience in Anaplan (with exposure to at least 4 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan), particularly in Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management or similar applications.

• Proficient in Excel, including the ability to develop macros and model large datasets using Lookups and SumIf functions.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Certification as a Solution Architect in Anaplan is required.

• Strong comprehension of multi-dimensional data architecture.

• Experience in team management.
