This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• This position enables Rula’s partnership teams to convert intricate healthcare data into engaging and straightforward narratives for our most significant partners.
• As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in crafting dependable reporting systems and directly conveying easily digestible insights to external stakeholders.
• By leveraging your technical expertise to automate essential reports, you will create the capacity to explore deeper trends related to care and operational achievements.
• In the end, you will serve as a vital customer-facing resource at the intersection of data and relationships, significantly impacting how partners perceive the value that Rula offers.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within an Analytics, Data Science, Operations, Product, or Engineering capacity.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar technical discipline with a solid quantitative background.
• Proven experience collaborating with health plans, healthcare analytics, and reporting tailored for payers and health systems.
• Advanced proficiency with contemporary data stacks (e.g., SQL, dbt, Airflow, etc.) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.).
• Ability to function as a highly cooperative cross-functional partner, capable of influencing strategy, proactively addressing cross-functional requirements, and supporting internal client success and sales teams without direct account ownership.
