This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Analyze intricate datasets to reveal trends, patterns, and insights.
• Determine the appropriate data sources to address ambiguous business queries and ensure that analyses are precise and actionable.
• Design and construct robust models to assess trade-offs and quantify impacts.
• Perform scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to aid strategic decision-making.
• Condense analytical results into clear, executive-level recommendations for senior leadership.
• Strategize, develop, and enhance dashboards, automated workflows, and self-service analytics to operationalize insights throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate ambiguous issues into well-defined analytical questions.
• Over 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, business analytics, consulting, or strategic data roles.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., data analytics, mathematics).
• Extensive experience in data analysis, modeling, and applied analytics (using SQL, Excel, Python, or similar tools).
• Proven capability to tackle ambiguous and complex business challenges and transform them into actionable solutions.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of presenting complex analyses in a clear, decision-oriented manner.
• Experience in constructing scenario models, forecasts, or trade-off analyses to inform business decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership mindset, with the ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, prioritize high-impact workstreams, and produce measurable results across cross-functional teams.
