Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assemble and lead a top-notch analytical team.

• Formulate and implement a detailed data and analytics strategy and roadmap.

• Recruit, develop, and maintain a high-achieving analytics team.

• Create forecasts, perform business analyses, and develop as well as operationalize models.

• Produce actionable insights for product development, operations, marketing, and engineering.

• Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering managers to provide significant business insights.

• Establish and uphold annual forecasts and budgets for products.

• Define product growth strategies and oversee the execution across acquisition, conversion, activation, monetisation, retention, and expansion.

• Take ownership of and optimize business metrics and commercial objectives throughout the entire funnel.

• Conduct in-depth product and funnel analyses to enhance conversion rates.

• Design and implement A/B testing initiatives.

• Lead testing and optimization of the conversion funnel across both offline and online channels.

• Refine product design and execute experiments aimed at increasing customer lifetime value while reducing churn.

• Analyze user behavior and evaluate campaign performance.

• Identify and monitor growth metrics such as CAC, activation rates, retention, payback period, and revenue per customer.

• Perform cohort analysis and journey mapping to pinpoint bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Analytics and Analytics Management.

• At least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing teams and driving strategic initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in a consumer-FMCG environment, preferably within CPG or fintech sectors.

• Significant experience in scaling product businesses, with a proven track record of managing substantial revenue targets.

• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

• Extensive knowledge of SQL.

• Proficient in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Grafana, Tableau, and Looker.

• Solid understanding of data analytics, user behavior analysis, and segmentation techniques.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proven track record in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing product teams.

• Expertise in data analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.

• Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and business acumen.

• Advanced degree in Business or a STEM field is a plus.
