Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing analytical team.

• Develop and implement the data and analytics strategy and roadmap.

• Recruit, nurture, and retain analytics professionals.

• Create forecasts, conduct business analyses, and develop as well as deploy models.

• Generate actionable insights for product development, operations, marketing, and engineering.

• Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering managers on data collection and product enhancement.

• Establish and maintain annual product forecasts and budgets.

• Define and execute the product growth strategy encompassing acquisition, conversion, activation, monetization, retention, and expansion.

• Own and optimize business metrics and commercial objectives throughout the funnel.

• Conduct product funnel analysis and implement modifications to enhance conversion rates.

• Design and execute A/B testing initiatives.

• Lead testing and optimization of the conversion funnel across both online and offline channels.

• Enhance product design and run experiments to improve lifetime value and minimize churn.

• Analyze user behavior and campaign effectiveness.

• Define and monitor growth metrics such as CAC, activation, retention, payback period, and revenue per customer.

• Perform cohort analysis and journey mapping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Analytics and Analytics Management.

• At least 2 years in a management position overseeing teams and driving strategic initiatives.

• Proven success in a consumer-FMCG environment, ideally within a CPG or fintech setting.

• Extensive experience in scaling product-driven businesses, with demonstrated accountability for significant revenue targets.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to drive metrics and establish benchmarks.

• Experience with growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of SQL.

• Proficient in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Grafana, Tableau, and Looker.

• Strong understanding of data analytics, user behavior analysis, and segmentation.

• Excellent communication skills for verbal presentations, written documentation, and visual media.

• Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing product teams.

• Expertise in data analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.

• Capacity to manage and mentor teams of marketers, analysts, and designers.

• Strategic mindset, commercial awareness, and solid business acumen.
