Analytics Engineer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various teams to identify business requirements and suggest the most effective data modeling solutions;

• Convert business ideas into measurable metrics (KPIs, OKRs, etc.);

• Design and structure data for analytical purposes in accordance with best practices, ensuring data quality and thorough documentation;

• Manage workflows associated with data pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and overseeing data pipelines;

• Proficient in advanced SQL;

• Background in analytical data modeling (star schema, snowflake, and Data Vault);

• Understanding of architectural strategies for analytics (Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, etc.);

• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, etc.);

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and business stakeholders;

• Ability to conduct stakeholder alignments: grasping business needs, proposing solutions, and validating outcomes;

• Experience in orchestrating workflows using Airflow, Luigi, Azkaban, dbt, or Dataform;

• Skilled in Python, Scala, Java, or Go.
