Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the design, construction, and upkeep of data models and pipelines that support customer experience (CX) operations, compliance reporting, and customer insights.

• Collaborate with CX Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to convert business needs into data requirements and provide self-service analytics solutions.

• Create and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools that offer CX leaders insights into performance, customer trends, and compliance health.

• Enhance data quality and governance within the CX data domain by establishing testing, monitoring, and documentation standards.

• Recognize opportunities to automate repetitive data workflows and reporting processes.

• Work in partnership with the broader Data Engineering and Analytics teams to synchronize best practices and share knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related data role.

• Expertise in SQL and familiarity with modern data stack tools like dbt, Airflow, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, or similar).

• Knowledge of data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas) and experience in creating reliable, well-documented data products.

• Understanding of BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) and experience in developing dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.

• Proven history of working with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions, especially in customer experience, operations, or compliance areas.

• Responsible use of generative AI, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
