Analytics Business Analyst

📋 Description

• You will play a crucial role in defining technical and business requirements for clients, documenting these needs, and collaborating with developers to design and test Analytics applications in areas such as Data Ingestion, Reporting/Dashboard development, and advanced Analytical applications utilizing AI/ML technologies.

• As a member of a dedicated team, you will focus on the successful execution of these engagements.

• You will collaborate closely with the technical delivery and account management teams to (1) Ensure customer satisfaction, (2) Create Analytics applications tailored to client requirements, and (3) Offer consulting and advisory support in the realm of Analytics application development and best practices for both the business unit and the company.

• This role will primarily concentrate on delivering solutions within our Data Management/Analytics business unit.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of professional services experience managing projects for external or internal clients.

• A hands-on, proactive work ethic as a team player, willing to undertake necessary tasks for project success.

• Ability to develop solutions for complex problems that demand a high level of creativity, ingenuity, and innovation.

• Experience in crafting solutions for unique challenges that may set a precedent for future decisions.

• Exceptional customer communication skills.

• Specific knowledge in data analytics and data warehousing.

• Familiarity with Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, and cloud certifications from AWS or Azure.

• Candidates should have practical knowledge and experience in delivering Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Reporting solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud.

• Experience with Databricks, Fabric, or Snowflake is advantageous.

• Knowledge of reporting/dashboard technologies such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus, as is the capability to develop source-to-target mappings as part of the overall data ingestion and reporting process.
