Analyst Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with industry analysts from Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other significant firms pertinent to the Endpoint, SIEM, Cloud, Identity, and AI Security cybersecurity sectors.

• Act as the primary daily contact for analyst inquiries, briefing requests, and opportunities for research participation.

• Organize and prepare for analyst briefings and inquiries, collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and executive stakeholders to ensure SentinelOne is consistently represented at its best.

• Monitor analyst research agendas and proactively identify opportunities for SentinelOne to engage in and influence relevant evaluations.

• Utilize AI tools to develop scalable, repeatable workflows for analyst tracking, communication schedules, briefing preparation, and insight synthesis.

• Recognize automation opportunities within the AR function and implement streamlined systems that lessen manual effort and enhance team productivity.

• Create and maintain dashboards or trackers that provide the broader Market Intelligence team with real-time insights into analyst sentiment, coverage, and engagement history.

• Experiment with and suggest emerging AI tools that can enhance our ability to monitor, analyze, and respond to signals from the analyst community.

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Market Intelligence to design and implement a multi-year AR strategy that aligns with SentinelOne's product roadmap and market goals.

• Synthesize analyst research and feedback into actionable insights for product, marketing, and executive leadership teams.

• Oversee analyst coverage of SentinelOne and its competitors, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities within our market narrative.

• Contribute to SentinelOne's share-of-voice objectives by ensuring analysts possess the necessary information and access to portray our platform accurately and positively.

• Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Management to align AR messaging with launch cycles, campaigns, and competitive positioning.

• Collaborate with the Competitive Intelligence function (also within Market Intelligence) to ensure AR insights enhance the broader CI perspective.

• Assist in creating analyst-ready materials, including briefing decks, backgrounders, and executive summaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in analyst relations, public relations, product marketing, or a similar communications/strategy role — or 2-4 years of general professional experience with transferable skills, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize relationships with multiple external stakeholders simultaneously.

• Familiarity with major analyst firms (Gartner, IDC) and an understanding of their research processes and evaluation methodologies.

• Practical experience with AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini) and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging them to enhance productivity.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex technical and strategic topics into clear, engaging narratives.

• Exceptional organizational agility — comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment where priorities may change and ambiguity is common.

• Collaborative, low-ego work style with a focus on sharing credit and building lasting contributions.

• Experience in cybersecurity is an advantage; however, a strong intellectual curiosity about the field is essential.
