• Provide comprehensive support for survey-based research and campaign evaluation for designated clients, encompassing survey development, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Create, compose, and configure questionnaires using Qualtrics.
• With supervision, convert campaign goals into research elements, including aiding in survey design and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
• Clean and analyze survey data utilizing SPSS, R, or comparable data analysis tools; handle large datasets using Excel.
• Assist in crafting clear and visually appealing reports; present findings to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency regarding status and next steps.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of tools, trackers, and knowledge systems (e.g., case studies, benchmarks).
• Aide in documenting processes, enhancing workflows, and improving team efficiency through operational enhancements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory (Psychology, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Business).
• Demonstrated experience (1+ years) in a comparable position, ideally in a role that entails ownership of research projects and timelines.
• Knowledge of survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Decipher, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in SPSS/Stata, R, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Experience in developing presentations or reports to convey data and insights effectively.
