πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist in the daily execution of various projects, overseeing tasks, timelines, research, deliverables, and internal communications.

β€’ Convert intricate policy, reimbursement, and business model information into understandable business impacts and actionable recommendations for provider executives, boards, and operational teams.

β€’ Create polished, client-ready outputs (strategic plans, policy briefs, regulatory comment letters, white papers, market assessments, financial models, and engaging PowerPoint presentations) that transform complex analyses into compelling narratives and visuals.

β€’ Aid in the development of presentations that showcase findings and recommendations to clients; facilitate working sessions and workshops with provider leadership.

β€’ With guidance from leadership, quickly adapt to new projects, providing structure, speed, and ownership to ambiguous challenges from the outset.

β€’ Evaluate relevant legislation, statutes/regulations, and policies (e.g., the annual Medicare Advantage regulations and rate notices) while assessing business insights, financial implications, and other strategic and operational considerations for PACE.

β€’ Integrate quantitative and qualitative data into strategic insights; evaluate markets and competitors; model financial impacts and create pro formas; develop analytical frameworks and shells, identify trends, conduct data analysis, and extract signals from large healthcare datasets when applicable (Medicare claims, Medicaid data, encounter data, CMS public use files, EHR/clinical data).

β€’ Keep client recommendations timely and relevant by monitoring ongoing market, regulatory, and policy changes.

β€’ Contribute to proposals, scoping discussions, and the pursuit of work for new provider engagements, aiding in the conversion of pipeline into secured projects.

β€’ Recognize replicable methodologies and assets from delivery work that can be incorporated into reusable practice intellectual property.

β€’ Engage in development programs and monitor growth with your supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in PACE, Medicare, and/or Medicaid healthcare operations or consulting.

β€’ Knowledge of PACE applications or operations, or an interest and capability to understand the intricacies of operationalizing a PACE program.

β€’ Strong consulting skills, including structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, refined written and visual communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently and rigorously.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.

β€’ Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities; comfortable working with data, developing models, and interpreting insights.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a proficient writer capable of producing clear, compelling work across various formats, including responses to competitive procurements, and presenting confidently to senior executives and clients.

β€’ Proven ability to lead tasks, manage timelines, design and execute projects comprehensively, and manage upwards effectively.

β€’ High level of professional maturity, initiative, resourcefulness, and accountability; ability to quickly familiarize oneself with unfamiliar topics and work with incomplete or uncertain information; and a willingness to contribute meaningfully from the start.

β€’ Bachelor's degree required.
