Analyst, Operations Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze operational issues related to personnel, processes, and tools to identify root causes.

• Perform thorough data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and inefficiencies in operations.

• Provide data-informed insights into operational performance and customer escalations for executive reviews.

• Convert intricate data into visually-engaging presentations and dashboards utilizing Tableau.

• Offer strategic recommendations to cross-departmental teams aimed at workflow optimization, productivity enhancement, and achieving business objectives.

• Evaluate current systems and suggest tool improvements to enhance service delivery operations.

• Work alongside Business Operations teams to prioritize impactful initiatives and refine performance dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, operational reporting, or process enhancement.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is mandatory.

• This position does not offer employer work permit sponsorship.

• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics using Tableau for building, maintaining, and extracting data.

• Advanced skills in designing slide decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Knowledge of ITSM systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Purecloud.

• Familiarity with the ITIL Framework.

• Strong executive communication skills with experience in crafting persuasive presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in root cause analysis employing structured problem-solving techniques.

• Preference for candidates familiar with continuous improvement methodologies or frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
