• Assist customers in enhancing their Marketing and Media Planning using Keen’s Bayesian modeling software.
• Work alongside Account Directors to implement account strategies effectively.
• Deliver training on data manipulation and management services.
• Perform model quality checks and generate reports for clients.
• Diagnose and improve client models to meet business goals.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in any combination of the following fields: Marketing Analytics, SaaS, Customer Success, Data Cleansing & Management, either in academic or professional settings.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passion for business software and data-centric activities.
• Eagerness to learn and demonstrate a self-motivated approach.
