This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of clinical data integration projects from initiation to production, collaborating with provider partners, EHR vendors, and internal teams.

• Execute direct-to-partner products and solutions, encompassing onboarding, data integration, and user adoption.

• Assist provider organizations in navigating technical deliverables for CMS programs such as MSSP.

• Analyze EHR functionalities and provide guidance to partners on interface configuration and data submission best practices.

• Document integration processes, provide status updates, and ensure alignment among clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.

• Review incoming data files for structural integrity and content accuracy, support quality assurance processes, and address interface challenges.

• Maintain records of partner interactions through emails and calls, along with project and business process documentation.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing integration workflows and refine technical and operational standards.

• Cultivate expertise in the internal platform and utilize front-end and back-end tools, such as SQL environments, to resolve data issues within service level agreements (SLAs).

• Assist in technical initiatives related to interoperability, system functionality, EHR vendor-specific integration methodologies, and new data specifications.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience is required.

• 2–4 years of relevant technical experience.

• Strong skills in project management, time management, and organization.

• Experience with various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

• Understanding of HL7, QRDA1, and CCDA interface development and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and Foundry for data querying, analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Capacity to establish timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment across functions.

• Experience in CRM system management and maintaining up-to-date documentation of partner interactions.

• Ability to comprehend and translate technical documentation for non-technical audiences.

• Quality assurance and data validation experience to support clean, accurate, and complete data feeds.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy/security regulations.

• Presentation skills for conducting partner kickoff calls and addressing support inquiries.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and time-management abilities.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and foster collaboration and accountability.
