• Develop and maintain one or more Epic modules for both active and prospective clients.
• Conduct routine upkeep of the Epic system, including enhancement and new implementation builds.
• Address complex challenges faced by diverse users and offer recommendations for best practices.
• Document and transfer builds, as well as participate in upgrades to the Epic system.
• Collaborate with external partners to define, construct, test, and resolve issues related to integrated workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle stakeholders.
• Capability to support nephrology practices utilizing the Epic CKD product.
• Experience in managing incident response and request resolution.
• Proficiency in workflow analysis, building, testing, and implementation support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with end users and internal teams.
• Must have experience mentoring and training fellow Epic team members.
