This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business requirements and operational processes to uncover reporting needs and opportunities for automation.

• Examine data sources, assess data quality, and review reporting capabilities.

• Create and develop tailored reports, dashboards, and scorecards.

• Generate report specifications that include data definitions, calculations, filters, and formatting standards.

• Set up report scheduling, distribution lists, and automated delivery processes.

• Configure, test, and launch report jobs across development, testing, and production environments.

• Monitor the performance of report jobs, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective measures.

• Validate report outcomes against source systems and business requirements.

• Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert reporting requirements into technical solutions.

• Document report logic, data mappings, job schedules, and support procedures.

• Manage report inventory and governance, ensuring version control, naming conventions, and retention standards are upheld.

• Identify opportunities for reporting automation and process optimization.

• Assist with user acceptance testing and post-implementation validation.

• Create ad hoc reports for operational, financial, compliance, and executive requirements.

• Define report dependencies, execution schedules, and monitoring controls.

• Oversee report migrations and deployments across environments within change management protocols.

• Train and assist end users in report interpretation, access, and self-service reporting tools.

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and governance of enterprise reporting solutions.

• Suggest new metrics, KPIs, and reporting capabilities.

• Supervise automated report jobs and reporting workflows.

• Complete company training and compliance courses.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with both technical and non-technical collaborators.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build trust and influence others.

• Capacity to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and implement actions to meet functional objectives.

• Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, prevent, and collaboratively resolve issues.

• Strong project management capabilities, including detail management and deadline adherence.

• Understanding of business mathematics, including weighted averages and percentages.

• Basic proficiency in spreadsheet applications, particularly Excel.

• Willingness to travel, occasionally at short notice.

• Comprehensive general knowledge of IT standards and methods.

• Preferred: 5-7+ years of relevant experience.

• Preferred: Detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, prompt and accurate analysis, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
