This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the development of pitch materials, information memorandums, buyer lists, and content for data rooms related to both current and potential transactions.

• Conducting market analysis and competitive research to facilitate business development and transaction execution.

• Preparing financial analyses and company valuations utilizing methods such as precedent transactions, public comparables, and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis.

• Supporting outreach efforts directed at private equity firms and strategic acquirers.

• Aiding in the organization of internal tracking systems and reporting tools to oversee pipeline status and client interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication abilities and professional writing skills.

• Self-motivated with the capability to manage remote work independently and adhere to deadlines.

• Proven interest in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, or corporate finance.
