Analyst, Contract Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational elements of Lumicera’s discount initiatives, ensuring compliance with contracts established with pharmaceutical manufacturers.

• Examine claims data to verify the precision of contract processing.

• Provide support for sales and requests for proposal (RFP) for potential clients as well as for the renewal of existing clients.

• Collaborate closely with the Lumicera Finance and Underwriting teams to assist in the evaluation of contracts.

• Aid in the review, data entry, assessment, and reconciliation of financial guarantees associated with Lumicera client contracts.

• Act as the primary contact for Lumicera Client Services, joining client calls as necessary.

• Lead and manage reporting related to government regulations for both internal use and client obligations.

• Assess the discount strategy and pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts to accurately establish and uphold parameters within the contract processing system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Pharmacy technician license is preferred.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managed care, pharmacy benefits management, or the pharmaceutical sector is required.

• Preferred experience includes pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical roles.

• Must participate in, comply with, and support the objectives of the compliance program.

• Ability to engage cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues consistently.
