📋 Description

• The experts at Econ One specialize in assessing damages related to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation.

• Analysts collaborate within a remote team on complex and high-stakes projects in a supportive work atmosphere.

• Perform research and analysis effectively, adhering to deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Organize, structure, and analyze data utilizing Excel.

• Develop damages models and create clear visual representations in Excel, including calculations for earnings and benefit losses.

• Oversee, review, and analyze case documents while ensuring strong organizational practices and confidentiality.

• Proactively identify, collect, and document data from reliable public sources.

• Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.

• Assist in the development of reports and exhibits, which includes preparing tables/figures and adhering to team formatting standards.

• Execute fact-checking and prepare backups for reports/exhibits, ensuring every assertion is substantiated and traceable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or a closely related discipline.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, including the application of complex formulas and structured workbooks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting clarity and professionalism.

• Demonstrated ability to convey data effectively through tables, charts, and succinct summaries.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proven history of completing projects successfully.

• Comfortable with managing multiple priorities and producing high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Strong dedication to accuracy, quality control, and thorough documentation, with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience in personal torts cases (such as wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, personal injury, or wrongful death) is advantageous.
