📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of existing business operations, processes, and workflows.

• Identify and assess AI opportunities that can enhance business value and operational efficiencies.

• Source, collect, and analyze extensive, intricate datasets for possible AI applications.

• Execute value-versus-feasibility evaluations for AI projects.

• Discover and present insights, trends, inefficiencies, and potential ROI derived from data analysis.

• Convert analytical insights into actionable recommendations for operational leaders and technical teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to explore opportunities and contribute to AI project roadmaps and design specifications.

• Create and present findings and recommendations to various audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience handling large and complex datasets within the healthcare sector.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, including SQL, Python, R, Excel, and BI platforms.

• Previous experience in identifying or supporting AI/automation initiatives.

• Capacity to critically assess information, exercise sound judgment, and make data-informed decisions and recommendations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

• A proactive and inquisitive mindset with a strong passion for improvement and innovation.

• Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes; RCM can be taught to candidates with robust data analysis capabilities.
