This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, adhering to all company protocols and legal requirements.

• Coordinate and ensure the timely execution of property inspections to detect any safety risks or maintenance requirements.

• Secure vacant properties to deter unauthorized entry and vandalism.

• Supervise the clean-out of properties and removal of debris.

• Manage lawn care, including mowing and landscaping, to uphold curb appeal and avoid code violations.

• Organize winterization services to shield vacant properties from weather-related damage during colder months.

• Ensure the execution of other life safety and preservation actions as necessary (e.g., board-up services, plumbing shut-off).

• Track and record all preservation activities for each property.

• Collaborate with asset managers and other departments to ensure a seamless transition when properties are prepared for listing and sale.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive records for all REO properties under your management.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in property preservation, REO management, or a related area.

• Strong knowledge of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures.

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities to effectively collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

• Proactive and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on the timely accomplishment of tasks.

• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in PPW and Resnet applications.
