This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Conduct user and stakeholder research, which includes interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.

• Develop navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, mobile developers, and backend teams to define and evolve digital products.

• Ensure the implementation of best practices in usability, accessibility, and user experience.

• Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests with real users.

• Enhance, document, and maintain the organization's Design System.

• Present and support design decisions based on research, metrics, and evidence.

• Engage in agile ceremonies and actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.

• Strong experience as a UX/UI Designer in digital products, focusing on mobile applications.

• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative tools such as Miro and FigJam.

• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and information architecture.

• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
