This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• Conduct user research and interviews to understand the transactional needs of treasurers and corporate administrators.

• Define information architectures, site maps, and navigation flows for high-density financial processes.

• Create high-fidelity interfaces and evolve the design system based on corporate identity and visual cleanliness standards.

• Develop navigable prototypes in Figma to validate product usability through testing with real users.

• Execute the Design Handoff process by closely collaborating with developers to ensure technical feasibility in Angular and TailwindCSS.

• Ensure that all designs adhere to international web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and visual security.

• Support design decisions with data and best practices in front of various project stakeholders.

• Professional degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Systems Engineering, or related fields.

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience designing digital products, with proven emphasis on transactional platforms, corporate banking, or Fintech.

• Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory), with knowledge of Adobe XD or Sketch.

• Application of Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Atomic Design methodologies.

• Familiarity with style frameworks such as TailwindCSS and Material Design.

• Experience working in agile frameworks under Scrum or Kanban teams.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate technical implementation.

• Adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
