Analista III – CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Activate and manage email, push, SMS, inbox, and WhatsApp channels (enterprise and Digital Store) in CRM.

• Analyze and validate consumer data and tables.

• Maintain direct communication with Martech, Performance, Data Science teams, and stakeholders from store and e-commerce channels and categories.

• Participate in cross-departmental projects, providing actionable insights and technical recommendations for the CRM team and leadership.

• Bachelor's degree completed.

• Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving oriented profile.

• Advanced technical skills and in-depth specialized knowledge of CRM and tools such as CDP and SFMC.

• Critical and systemic vision, connecting with business challenges.

• Good interpersonal relationships.

• Clear communication to translate complex issues.

• Knowledge and experience with CRM channel campaigns.

• Ability to actively participate in projects and provide technical guidance to leadership and the team.
