Analista II PMO – Eficiência e Estratégia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the company's continuous improvement program.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of improvement projects.

• Gather, organize, and analyze operational data.

• Facilitate smooth communication of the program and engage involved departments.

• Map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.

• Construct, standardize, and keep process documentation up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing processes.

• Knowledge of project management (agile and/or traditional methodologies).

• Analytical skills and experience with data analysis (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI or similar tools).

• Familiarity with or experience in process automation (e.g., Appsheets; AI or similar tools).

• Strong writing and organizational skills for document and presentation creation.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and interact across different teams and hierarchical levels.
