Analista Gestión de Talento

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Ensure operational excellence in Talent Management processes.

• Oversee performance cycles, learning, leadership, and talent development.

• Guarantee the quality and traceability of information.

• Manage the complete operation of the performance cycle, including deadlines, evaluations, and discussions between leaders and teams.

• Administer the LMS platform and manage the offering of cross-functional courses.

• Follow up on succession initiatives, career plans, and individual development plans.

• Create dashboards and key reports on performance and talent.

• Optimize and automate processes using digital tools and artificial intelligence.

• Guide and support leaders and employees in the use of talent tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a degree in Psychology (Organizational specialty) or related fields.

• Previous experience managing comprehensive performance cycles.

• Experience administering LMS platforms such as Buk or similar.

• Intermediate level of English.
